This is when nominees share about the awards with their audiences, colleagues, customers, supporters and ask them to vote for them. Content and images to help you spread the news are provided inside the Awards Resources Hub

Winners will be notified asked to attend a ceremony on zoom to be presented with their award on December 10, 2025

Sponsors will present the awards to the winners during our awards ceremony. Sponsors will introduce themselves and their company (1 minute) and then present the award to the recipient.

If a winner is not able to make it to the online zoom awards ceremony, the sponsor will read the winner’s information.

Winners will be announced and the ceremony will be distributed for viewing through our channels, socials & email.
